New Beer Release – The Lions Sheeps Tonight (Collaboration with 3 Sheeps)

This week we’re releasing something we’ve been excited about for a while – our collaboration West Coast Pilsner with our friends at 3 Sheeps Brewing Company.
“The Lion Sheeps Tonight” (5.7% abv) features Simcoe, Centennial, HBC 638, and Amarillo hops making this modern beer style the perfect blend of crisp and tropical. Luke, Nate, and Josh from 3 Sheeps came to Neenah last week to get their palettes on the final product, help on the canning line, and share some wisdom.
We walked away from this packaging day with more than the satisfaction of a Mihm’s Charcoal Grill Menasha burger and another beer to share with all of you, but the clear value in these relationships and why we do what we do.
