Join us for our 9th Annual 2-Day Oktoberfest Celebration, taking place on the Lion’s Tail Brewery grounds in Downtown Neenah @ 116 S Commercial St next to the Clocktower!
You’ll feel like you’re in Munich as you take in the atmosphere inside a giant beer tent decorated festively and filled with beer hall tables! Last year we emptied 43 kegs of Oktoberfest, so let’s see if we can beat that record this year!
Wear your dirndl or lederhosen if you like and partake in the annual celebration of German-style beer, wine, food and fun. We’ll feature many German & other modern style beers, Root Beer, and traditional German wines.
We’ve always donated the money raised from Hammerschlagen to a local charity, and this year is no exception. The Neenah-Menasha Firefighters Charitable Foundation has taken over our games to help raise money for their cause! Besides Hammerschlagen, the Firefighters will have Plinko and Air Mail Bag Toss, AND they’re also hosting a 50/50 raffle! We’re excited to give them this opportunity to raise funds for the Foundation and connect with the community.
We’ll have fun on-stage contests such as Best Polka Couple, Best Dressed, and Stein Holding, and an incredible lineup of live music!
The Neenah Wrestling Booster Club will be hosting a Food Court with a variety of German Festival Foods and popcorn with all proceeds benefiting their program! Along with them, Boy Scout Troop 12 will be selling soft pretzels again with the proceeds benefitting their Troop projects and adventures!
The celebration is Friday, September 20th 3-11pm & Saturday, September 21st 12-11pm.
Credit Cards & Cash accepted in the taproom AND outside. Food court is cash only.

Public parking is available in the City Hall & City lots across Doty St., or anywhere in the public parking Downtown Neenah – a short walk away. ID’s will be checked at the entrance for alcohol hand stamp. Kids welcome. Service pets only.
